They produce our projectiles using the latest technology for casting and coating, ensuring consistent quality of all products. Their range is constantly expanding and can be utilised by all sport shooting disciplines. Boyne Bullet Co.'s projectiles start with a Lead Alloy, known as ‘hard ball’. It is a 92:6:2 alloy specifically made for casting projectiles. From there, they cast the bare lead projectiles using the latest in casting technology to ensure consistency. After sizing, a Hi-Tek Supercoat is applied before the projectile is added to each projectile.
