Programmability:
The light features a Convoy driver that comes programmed with 12 mode groups offering the ultimate in flexibility and customization. The default group comes with the following modes:
0.1%, 1%, 10%, 35%, 100%, Strobe, Biking & Battery-Check
But can easily be changed to any other programmable groups with a series of short button taps.
The driver also offers Thermal Protection Control (TPC) which will automatically throttle down power if the internal temperature exceeds 55C (131F) in order to prevent burns as well as prolong components.
The driver also offers a low-battery warning. The light will blink every 5 seconds to indicate a low battery. In order to keep the light from blinking, the user can either switch to a lower output mode or recharge the battery.
Emitter:
Rigel II was designed using the powerful Luminous SST-40, 5000K colour temperature with a Colour Rendering Index (CRI) level of 70. This allows the user to view colours more faithfully in comparison with a natural light source.
