The body is made from high strength polymer and features a clear window in the sides of the body to easily view loaded rounds. The Polymetal design features steel feed lips that are mated to the polymer body to ensure smooth, reliable feeding in your rifle.
The metal feedlip assembly contains the latching boss, significantly increasing the durability compared to a polymer equivalent. The metal feedlips can also be easily adjusted or tuned to improve performance with other cartridges.

MDT POLY/METAL AICS MAGAZINE | .308 WIN/6.5 CM
Doesnt fit my Ruger Precision Rifle out of the box, which can accept PMags and AICS mags. After I filed the top-most lug on the front of the mag down flush with the Mag body, this mag locks in perfectly. However, this Mag WONT fit my MDT TAC-21 chassis I have on my Rem700, being same manufacturer, and MDT stating it should. It's possible that filing down the front of the mag lip will fix it, but havent tried yet.
